Appointment confirmations are made via text and email. Please provide a valid cell phone number and email address when scheduling appointments.
Children are not allowed in treatment rooms due to the nature of services provided. Unattended children are not allowed in the waiting room.
*ALL treatments involving injection, (Botox, Dysport, Filler, Sculptra) must be performed by Dr. Jill Ringold
As a courtesy, our appointment system will send you a confirmation appointment reminder 1 week in advance AND 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us AT LEAST 24hrs in advance. All services cancelled with less than 24hr notice will be charged the $35 fee. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24hr notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations.
No-show Patients who do not show up for their treatment appointment time will be charged the $35 fee. Patients who have 3 recurring no-shows will no longer be able to make future appointments UNLESS treatment is paid IN FULL (this will be non-transferrable/non-refundable) on the day of scheduling. Gift cards are not valid as form of payment for no-show fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Pricing is determined by treatment type, the area to be treated, and the time required per treatment area. Treatments are sold individually per session or in packages. All services must be paid in full on same day of treatment.
Cash, credit cards, checks, and Care Credit are accepted. There will be a $35 fee charged for all returned checks. All payments are non-refundable.
